BMW will be unveiling the iX3 electric SUV on July 14, 2020.
The iX3 is based on the BMW X3. It was unveiled in concept form back in 2018. The SUV is powered by a 74 kWh battery and an electric motor that has an output of 282 BHP and 400 Nm. BMW claims that the iX3 will have a maximum range of more than 440 km (WLTP cycle) on a single charge.
Ahead of the official unveiling, BMW has released a teaser image on its social media. The image shows the car’s twin-kidney grille. This being an electric car, the grille has been blanked off.
Pre-production of the iX3 commenced last month at BMW production facility in China.
